Andrew joined the team in 2017, from audit firm Johnston Carmichael, where he had spent 18 months auditing and assisting in the accounts preparation for a wide range of Scottish companies. Prior to this he had spent 5 years working for EY, within the wealth and asset management assurance team, where he specialised in the statutory audit of investment trusts.
Patrick joined the Juniper Partners Board in 2017, and was appointed Chairman in 2018. Patrick is a chartered accountant and has had an extensive career in financial services, operating in leadership roles across banking, asset management and insurance. Formerly Chief Financial Officer at Aviva Investors, Patrick was also Finance Operations Director for Aviva’s UK Life and General Insurance businesses and spent 16 years with Royal Bank of Scotland, latterly as Finance Director of the Cards and Direct Finance business. Patrick is currently also a Non-Executive Director of Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
Stuart joined the Juniper Partners Board on 30 September 2020. Stuart is a chartered accountant and held executive roles in investment management for 22 years, from1994-2017, through Stewart Ivory & Company and its successor businesses. He was a Director of Personal Assets Trust for eight years from 2009 to 2017 ands o is familiar with the history, development and operating approach of the Juniper Partners business.
Steven joined the Company in January 2015 from F&C where he had spent sixteen years in their Edinburgh office, of which the last nine were spent working in the Investment Trust Company Secretarial team. Steven is the team leader of the Administration Team.
Aaron joined Juniper Partners in October 2019 after finishing Secondary school earlier that year. He is preparing to study for the IOC Exams and is looking forward to developing his knowledge and understanding of financial services.
Ronda joined Juniper Partners in May 2016, originally to provide additional assistance throughout the team. She has recently passed her IOC exams, with merit, and has now secured a move into the Company Secretarial side of the business.
Responsible for Juniper Partners operations, its administration team and DCM services.

Steven is one of the Founding Directors of Juniper Partners. He originally joined Personal Assets Trust in 2001 from F&C, where he was latterly a global equity dealer. Steven is responsible for the Company’s operations and heads up the administration department. He is also responsible for maintaining the discount and premium control management service ('DCM') and DCM oversight functions for the Company’s clients.
Responsible for the company secretarial team and the overall business.

Steven joined Juniper Partners in 2009 and is one of the Founding Directors. Prior to helping establish the Company he spent nearly twenty years at F&C Asset Management (“F&C”) and its predecessor companies, having joined Ivory & Sime plc in 1990. He has been directly involved with investment trusts since 1998 and was the Company Secretary of Personal Assets Trust for 14 years. Steven is a Chartered Secretary and is responsible for ScotGems and Strategic Equity Capital.

Carron joined the team in February 2019 from Dickson Minto where she had spent over ten years as part of the investment funds and financial services team, with a particular focus on advising investment trusts in relation to ongoing corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. She is the Company Secretary responsible for Personal Assets Trust and Securities Trust of Scotland.
21 years’ asset management experience, 2 years at Juniper Partners.
Rona joined the team in May 2018 from Aberdeen Standard Investments, where she spent eight years working in the product governance team. Rona has over twenty years’ experience working for asset management businesses in company secretarial, accounting and governance roles. She is the Company Secretary responsible for Momentum Multi-Asset Value Trust and Troy Income & Growth Trust.
